Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For made-to-order or personalized items, production times may vary and will be communicated before shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and courier services.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

selected delivery method

The final shipping cost will always be displayed before the order is completed.

For deliveries within Romania, Traditional Art offers free shipping on orders over 1500 RON.

International Orders & Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Address

Traditional Art cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting this with the courier upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible with photos of the package and products.
