Refund policy

At Traditional Art, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

Returned products should be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, together with any accessories, labels, gifts, or accompanying documents included in the package.

You are welcome to inspect and carefully handle the product in the same way you would in a physical store. However, products showing signs of excessive use, damage, stains, odors, improper cleaning, moisture exposure, or deterioration beyond normal inspection may be subject to a proportional reduction in the refund amount.

How to Return an Order

Returned products should be shipped within 14 days from the date the return request was communicated.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once the returned products are received and inspected, refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that refunds may be temporarily withheld until the returned products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Shipping costs related to premium or express delivery services are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

custom-made products
personalized products
made-to-order items
products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law

Where applicable, this information will always be clearly mentioned before the order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and products. We will do our best to help resolve the situation quickly.
