Warranty & Product Authenticity
Every Traditional Art product is handmade using traditional artisanal techniques and natural materials. Small variations in colour, texture, weaving, dimensions, or decorative details are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
Legal Warranty
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Traditional Art is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date the product is received.
This means that products should correspond to their description, possess the expected qualities and functionality, and be free from manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
