Do you create custom or personalized products?

Yes. Certain products may be made to order or personalized depending on the project. Please contact us for more information regarding availability and production times.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.
How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier services.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within Romania for orders over 1500 RON.
Will I have to pay customs fees?

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
What materials do you use?

Whenever possible, we always use natural materials such as wool, cotton, wood, leather, fur, and other traditional materials commonly found in Romanian craftsmanship.

Especially for traditional masks, we may use synthetic materials for certain parts. Otherwise, the traditional textiles are always made from natural wool and cotton.
Are your products suitable for children?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, decorative masks and handmade objects are not intended as toys and should be kept away from small children due to fragile or detachable elements.
How should I care for handmade wool products?

We recommend gentle handling, careful storage, and mild cleaning methods suitable for natural fibers.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
